I was using upper lower split but ima try something new this week.
This is pretty much my exact same split wtf
My current workout plan is: Monday (full arms incl shoulders and hand strength.), Tuesday (full front-upper body), Wednesday (Full upper back + Shoulders), (Thursday lower back + glutes), Friday (upper lower body + glutes), Saturday (lower- lower body + feet strength). 1,5 – 3 workouts everyday mixed Gym with calisthenics and plyometric/stamina training.
I might try this program.
Do you do any cardio or is that a no go?
