Just the 300g chicken breast 300cal, 250g boiled rice is 220kal. 520cal…Plus paprika. Onion. Sauces. It has to be around 600cal.

Protein bars should be organic and keto therefore no unhealthy nasties or sugar.
Your yoghurt should be full fat and protein not whey.

With the chicken I would add roasted cashews. So good for the crunch and some good fats

From an European point of view, It's a bit frightening that almost everything you eat is processed industrial food. Most of what you eat is considered junk food in my country. That must be cultural difference.

You were measuring your sauces by ml but were using a weight scale. Only water is 1:1, are you treating everything as 1:1? If not how do you count ml?

Respect to you but I like to have more real meals. The yogurt is OK for me pre workout in the morning after that I need real meals. Meat veggies etc
