I am so out of shape, I could only hold 10 seconds on the plank. I can't wait until I am up to your level! I had a hard time with the floor workouts, just because it was difficult to keep get on and off my knees switching positions.
I don't enjoy working out, but I decided to try and I have been following some of your videos and I am so grateful. This workout went so fast! I was actually expecting more xD but seeing you also struggle from time to time makes it more relatable for me when I am having hard time. Cause I am in so much worse shape than you are. You keep motivating me and letting me get on the better start to healthier life.
I been looking for a workout that will make me sweat while giving me a great workout! This worked for me and I will be doing this regularly! Thank you for making this!
Dear Hollly, I just finished my first workout with you and I couldn't be happier. After a leg injury last summer I wasn't able to exercise for 6 months now and I knew workouts of other YTbers wouldn't be good to start again with. As I'm also overweight I was even less motivated for these workouts. But this one, this one was great. I had fun, I started to sweat a bit, my heart rate also went up a bit and I know at least my legs will be sore tomorrow (as they get sore from 10 squats already hehe). And most of all during the workout I felt like I can and I will (and I did) finish it! Thank you so much, looking forward to try your other workouts as well!

Thanks for this! I was just scrolling and getting really frustrated. I know a cardio plan but all the strength training workouts dont include any sort of weights which i want. And if they do include weights the workouts are impossible for me at the moment. So thanks!

Omg! I have just done this without weights for now… and I am soooo tired and achy! You are awesome and I love how real you are! I could only manage to do the prank for 30 sec once but I am sure this will get better 😀
Still enjoying working out with you, however the music is unnecessary and felt like a 'funny pictures' montage was playing on another channel.
We really enjoy being there with you, and missed hearing your comments and pleasant patter through out the exercises.

Hi, I’ve just found your channel and I love it! My first workout with you but I found it very pleasant. Perfect for my firnsss level. I’m happy I found your Chanel. I will be working out along side you from now on and am determined to lose weight. Currently have about 9st to loose but with other big workout channels I get demotivated because there’s no way a fatty like me can keep up.
