I am 8 weeks postpartum (C-section) and did this workout today, and man was it exhilarating! Interestingly, I selected card number 4 (self-love), because I have been feeling crummy these days about how I look after the birth of my beautiful baby boy. But this workout gave me the self-love I really needed because even after a huge break, I could perform these intense workouts which really boosted my respect for my own body! Thank yu so much for everything you do! <3

I chose trust. I did this two months postpartum and without a doctor's approval because I gained alot of weight and I feel like a recovered fully. I missed on a couple thaT felt too tight but I did most of it. I'm feeling great today because of you. So thx 😍😍😍❤️
Why isn’t there a noise to say the interval has started? Showing the exercise seems to merge into the exercise itself. I couldn’t follow this video.
