I have a weak core & a lower tummy, which shows only when I sit. I hope this seated workout helps me. I tried it today. It felt good 😊

Am I doing something wrong? My quads hurt but I could hardly feel joy lower abs working. I have trouble isolating my abs and getting them to do the job. What do you suggest?

Just discovered your channel. Have done a couple of seated core workouts and, while challenging, loved them. Meredith's instruction, cuing and pacing are spot on. She 'gets it' in terms of ability to engage the viewer and acknowledge their potential issues. Despite a daily yoga practice for 20+ years, health challenges and age have taken toll on balance and core strength. No dread factor …can't wait to indulge more of the routines here (so many from which to choose!). Nice to actually be excited about working out!! Thank you. 🙂
