If, like many seniors have Degenerative Disc Disease, better be extra careful before going full blast on that type of workout.
I love your workout! I have been doing it 3 times a week for about a month and continuing my walking of about an hour to an hour and a half each day. I see you have other videos. Any suggestions as to what I could try next?

I am in my late 50's and this is a great workout for me. I perform aerobics for 1 hour each day and will use this workout periodically. Your workout builds muscle and helps me stretch my limits of flexibility. WOW. I really enjoyed this. On top of this, my balance will improve with these exercises. Basically, everything I am working on as an older adult is being addressed in one workout.
Thank you so much for this workout. My husband and I started with this during the Covid lockdown, and we have continued it, even though our gym is now open. We are 75 and 77, and my surgeon husband says this is an outstanding workout for all body parts, combining weight training with cardio. Please keep this one up on your site!
Love the program but find the โechoโ of the gymnasium and music distracting.

One of my favorite workouts! ๐ How does one become more disciplined ,itโs always hit or miss for me. I was more disciplined when I was younger and not retired. I always found time to go to ymca classes and I was busier than I am now. ๐
