Sher Kreim. Thank you so much for doing this. I had arm severed and reattached and everytime I have reconstruction surgeries from bad car accident, it’s starting over. I have no shoulder. It’s my bones, bovine ligaments and titanium. Being a gym rat I have to start at the beginning each time. The shoulder keeps you from everything including running. So it’s frustrating. You have made this amazing. It’s kicking my butt, but you do it so I understand and I just want my gym ray body back. You are amazing.
