Your recommendation is not for 115 kg person, especially EXCERCISE.
I literally can't like have a healthy lifestyle bcs since I'm Malaysian we usually eat rice with oliy stuff and season stuff like everyday even if I want to eat healthy I can't I'm literally force to eat those stuff even if I work out I gain more and more which just makes it so fucking tiring

I have high metabolism And I don't like it .My metabolism is starting to change when I drink too much coffee I can't control my drinking addiction .I am not drinking coffee once a day .but 3/4/5 or more because of addiction to coffee I am skinny even I am eating alot .but now I try to control my self not to drink too much coffee .to gain weight.

I remember when I went to yr 8 camp and I barely ate anything and this really skinny kid ate like 3 rounds and I realised that I had such a slow metabolism because that was the amount of food I usually ate and I was like just overweight
