I am going to try this exercise too, will be recording it live as i exercise and posting on my chanel, i have osteo arthiritus in most of my joints so this will be a good test, i already lost nearly 4 stone in 5 months so need to lose more and tone up, xx
what you should do is after this workout you should take a cold shower because taking cold showers help loose weight you shpould try
