U talking to much
I don’t know about the rankings there. And to say the cable abduction and kickback are useless is not entirely true, it’s a great medius and hip stability movement. Rdl, hip thrust , step ups and kick backs will be enough for most people. Leg press uses far too much quads to be considered that high as a glute builder imo. I’m thinking people that want to grow their glutes don’t want their quads potentially taking over ?
Scottish?
Deadlift?
Been doing variations of all four of these for a couple months got me out here lookin like a centaur bruh my gf has lost all her power I am becoming too powerful
dat-ass
I tend to mix the exercises up as I dont have time to wait sometimes. So I always have a leg exercise but it can be barbell squat, BSS or the leg press machine depending on which one will be free soonest. I tend to chuck in a hip-thrust and a back extension set once a week too.
How long does it take to see a visible difference in glutes? I've been hitting the gym 3-4 times a week for the last 2-3 months. Doing a full body workout each time, aiming for 3×8-10 reps for my working sets.
Hip abduction training can be very important for knee joint longevity.
I’m changing the name of Leg Day to Ass Day.
Hip abduction and adduction are extremely useful if you play a sport such as basketball or football and you need to be able to make explosive moves laterally (e.g. defensive slides). Hip abduction used to be one of the most important leg exercises I used to do when I played basketball and I still do them till this day. They are great for agility overall.
absoluut Circus of an exercise 😂😂😂
Great video M8. 😉 As far as the leg press, if you put your feet higher up on the platform as opposed to lower down, won’t you hit more glutes?
Good Video👍
Funny and informative
Why do you put "For Men" into the title although the physiology of men and women regarding hypertrophy is the same?
Me watching this as a girlie because all the men in my gym have CAKE 😭🤣🤣
For men? Lmao. Are glutes for all people not developed the same😭
Who is the guy in the start?
Fitness model?
How to get big butt if you have scoliosis.. ? Most of these i am not allowed to do 😔
What's M8?
Hip thrusts and front squats.
Quite like the way you avoid the pompous science talk others use.
I’m just here for the thumbnail
