Been almost a month since I started following this cohesive training routine and dude thank you so much, everyday stuff feels a lot better now that I can feel all my previously neglected muscles get stronger and much less pain in my joints from when I used to do only curls,push-ups,pull-ups and dips
Could you do a barbell?
Never heard a more Czech accent in my life 💪
I love you
Thanks for this video. I've been focusing on running for months now and been planning to do strength training as well but since I don't want to spend for a gym membership, this workouts will suffice since I have 2 pairs of dumbbells at home.
I got approved for my local PD, but I'm in no way able to pass the physical tests, I hope this helps!
Do a barbel, a bench and a rack version.
Thank you. Just thank you.
Watching some of your videos has helped me, a 36 yr old AuDHD guy who is scared to do things he doesnt fully understand, actually understand what certain machines and exercises at the gym are for. What they target and their place in an exercise routine.
Thank you.
Exercise choice isn't bad but this implies only doing this workout once or twice a week ? Each muscle group needs around 10 sets a week granted they are taken to failure to provide optimal muscle growth if you fit this workout to that by either increasing sets or doing it 3 times a week then It provides good stimulus for muscle hypertrophy.
Have been doing this sets for 2 months now, I can actually see muscle definition while also losing fat in the process. This is really helpful thank you!
3 sets of 8-15 reps on repeat in my head
Such a great workout out. Been doing this for a few months. One question – any tips on combining this with kettlebells especially the explosive movements?
Just found the perfect vid✨
I don’t know what nationality this man is, but I can’t help imagining an unreasonably buff Indian man.
Add ab wheel roll outs at the end of each workout and boom!
5:27 can I just use plates to replace the stairs
Where are you from?
Abs? No?
No ab workout i see…
After a week of this routine I now can apply to the Spetsnaz
I've been doing this for almost 2 months, gained 20 pounds, and went from 15-20 lbs dumbbells to 35-40s. Winnys the 🐐
okay but is it better to do full body workout or split workout
I can't move bruh 😭
Thank you, sir
Surely you would do a workout with lower body first, then the second day workout with upper body first. Doing legs hard after 8 sets of upper body stuff seems questionable. You really need to be decently fresh and energised to get the most from quad, ham and glute training.
Did I miss the abs exercise part?
What if i dont have the hello kitty bag pack or the shrek bag pack? Will my workout still works??
What if you only have light weight dumbbells where 20 rep feels nothing it is only 2.5kg
