Hi! New here this week. I turn 64 in a month. I was in a horrible accident in Oct 2019, many surgeries and time in bed later, in Feb 2022 I found myself 100 lbs overweight with lymphedema and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. I immediately started doing a lot of research. I changed to cleaner keto diet and then in April I bought a recumbent exercycle that I use. But now it's time to tone the body. So now I put on your video while I'm in bed, and pretty soon, I'm up starting it over and joining in as pathetic at it as I am. I know I'll get better in time. I'm down 50 lbs. So I know I can do this hard thing, and it is a hard thing every day. But now ranks to modern technology, I have you as my personal trainer 😊❣️thank you

Great workout really felt the burn in the lower abs much love ❤️ beautiful. I went to a store to get some nail products and a sales person was like do you workout and I was like yea. She was like well defined body so I hooked her up with you . I was so proud 👏
Why can’t I get my lower back on the floor? Is it because I have bad lower stomach muscles, or is it my back’s shape?
How often do we do this and how many of each per side & hoe many sets? Example: 10 minutes, 10 count each side 3x, once/say

I really concentrate on doing these exercises proprerly but somehow I still feel most of the burning in my upper abs…😔
July 26: couldn't do the whole thing, had to stop between exercises. And I'm a fit guy who is working out regularly.

start 7 January 2022
day1: im at my cousins house who does not have a fitness mat so I did it on the floor and omg my lower abs where burning so much
day2:today was easier altough OMGG those fluter kicks are so burning but im happy I pulled myself trough
day3:

how often should you do these? every day?
Iv been working out consistently and watching your videos for 9 months, while iv lost weight, decreased body fat, and built muscle (usually doing weighted full body or core), my belly fat wont shift. I could not actually finish this video, I could not even get myself up off the floor once on the triangle one. What am I doing wrong with ab work outs? Id really like to tone up and get stronger 🙁

OMG … There is NO exercise that will work your " lower abs"
Your abs firstly DO NOT CROSS YOUR HIPS
Why is there hip flexion ?
Your abs as with any other muscle in your body contracts along it whole length , you cannot isolate a section
" Lower abs"
It's the same as asking to show me an exercise that works your lower biceps …
