I use my dumbbells everyday. With push-ups. I’ve been doing some ab exercise. Still struggling putting on muscle on my chest.and looking for my abs! My weight right now 180. I I used to be 200. I need this kind of help. I just hope these will work! I’ll be 55 next month.I want to see a body ! I’m pretty lean.but I still have some lower fat

Our HOA gym only has an EZ curl bar. Is it okay to do bench press with that? We also have no cable fly machine. How about using the lat pulldown machine, high to low, and one arm at a time?
Dips is the best exercise ever for my chest. The next day my chest is always crazy sore…
I try and hit chest everyday. But after a workout,I feel it in my arms and shoulders. I try not to go to low,and I include my chest but still don’t feel my chest stretch. What am I doing wrong
