I thought you were supposed to make a T with your arms when doing push-ups, but it appears youβre bending your arms back as opposed to being out, if that makes any sense.
@athleanx I see that you can see the individual muscles in your chest. Is that genetics or based on body fat?

I just do 500 pushups one day, 250 pull ups the next day and rest on Sundays. Feels great.

Very interesting. I am doing modified push-ups as I cannot put weight on my knees to severe knee osteoarthritis bone on bone. Waiting for the surgeon to give me new knees. I am using the bathroom vanity and I am at approx 45 degrees to the floor. I am up to about 30 reps. Any advice on how to reduce my man boots? I also alternate from wide hands to narrow. Thanks.
Ok I've been working out for 10 months and I am in pretty good shape but that workout just kicked my butt. I only made it ti 16 mins. But that is one hell of a leg blast. I will keep going so I can finish it. Great videos
