And to add to this-Without upperbody strength at some point your lower body exercises will stop progressing cause your not stromg enough to carry all the weight (deadlifts, heavy goblet squats, front squats, etc;) love this one.,!
I never heard of diamond pushups until I started doing Caroline Girvan's workouts. I used to not able to do even a single one of them, they are so tough. Now I can do about 8!!!

I completed thus workout today for my upper body split. And i have to say i feel reallyyyyy good. Esp. My back feel strong., my arms and my chest. Though my chest isn't pumped enough, i think it's the technique that i need to change to activate its proper movement and form. And also I'm gonna look for more biceps excercises from your youtube channel😚.
