Algo chistoso que me pasa haciendo este rutina !!no me salee las planchas lateralees!! No se si es normal o no lo es porque lo intento y no me sale help en realidad dos ejercicios no me salen este y otro que no recuerdo el nombre pero solo lo salteo espero que no afecte eso en la rutina JAJAJA

I honestly don't know if i lost any weight (in my hostel so don't have a weighing scale) but after a year with Chloe, there ain't no space for doubt with her workouts. This workout literally snatched my stubborn belly to some extent. It's really good for the legs too. Definitely gives you results. This is more of a toning for advanced people but beginners might lose weight too. I loved this. DO IT GUYS!!!

Day 1: ✔Dead, sweating and can't feel anything. Got tired by 2nd set, but just pushed and completed.
Day 2: ✔ In pain, tiring but was little better than yesterday, felt good afterwards.
Day 3: ✔

Day 5:❌ No motivation, lol
Day 6:✔Sweating. Don't skip a day, it gets tiring again☠No matter how tired or no motivation, just keep going and force yourself. This is when discipline comes in. Just remember why you working for this and how you feel / look after this. You will thank yourself later.
Day 7: ✔ Much better than yesterday. Starting to see results, the waist and bum is slowly showing.
