I 100% agree with all of these. I recently started going to the gym again after 2 years of not going. Went to hard on the biceps and now I can't extend them out all the way lol 😂

Nothing makes me happier than watching an out of shape beginner transform at the gym and I think that goes for everyone else too. Stop being intimidated and just start going, no one is judging you
What should I do if I started really hard right when I started lifting but it was 3 months ago? Should I stop for some time and start again but this time easier?

I would love to see more videos like this. I got into lifting in high-school and college due to sports. But post college it's been an on and off thing. I like the idea of getting back to basics and doing a full body 2-3 times a week. I just always get paralysis by analysis when it comes to choosing the exercises.

Thanks for this, Coach! When I'm at the gym there are a couple of things I do where I need a spotter. I'm able to ask someone near me for a couple minutes of their time, and everyone is always happy and receptive! Sometimes I don't know how to adjust a machine and someone will show me. It's better to take a social risk than miss out on an exercise.
You have tremendous physical problem because you need pills for sleep. Plz go to the doctor asap. By far frank zane referred as the best physique of all time. Now a days human turning towards BULL by getting those PEDs. No beauty, only tons of muscle.

My left upper core is weaker than my right side. When doing curls and presses/pulls my left side fatigues faster. How can I even both sides out?

Help, coach, I need tips on working out with an old clavicle injury healed incorrectly with shortening. All my pushing and pulling exercises have a zig zag motion to them, is this healthy? Am I causing damage or strengthening this area? Sometimes I have neck pain after a hard week of working out or working my manual labor job, should I get surgery? or is there a therapeutic exercise I can do? Will I stay healthy remaining asymmetrical? How will this effect my fitness goals, if I want to be all around built better and live a life with exercise? Help me coach Greg, you're my only hope. 😁

Being a short petite girl, I was definitely intimidated at the gym, afraid to use weights in public and certain machines. As I've gotten more comfortable and acclimated to my gym, I've learned to care much less about thinking about how people may judge me (so long as I'm not a jerk in the gym, that is). Nowadays I've gotten much stronger, and have fallen victim to ego lifting and ego jumping because I was testing my limits. Makes me feel better though because now I know how to be more careful with my form and how to recover from injury/help others with these items, to a certain extent.
Coach Greg, this is the 2nd video I have noticed this.. Are your traps uneven? It might be the way you're sitting or standing in some of your videos.
Love your videos of all your knowledge just a question i love squating but it bother my knees any suggestions and whats a good rep range to start with i did the 5×5 for year but just not enough of consistency i got between 225 to just under 300 but then disappeared from exercising injury or what everthen always start back with the bar
3x times full body workout and cardio on days off is exactly what I'm doing since 5 months and I'm still building muscles and loosing fat. I was at 298 lbs and I'm now at 238 lbs.

When is the right time to start out on free weights? At the moment I am doing a full body machine workout 3 times a week to prepare my body (and mind) and gain some initial muscle and stability. Is it a matter of weeks and months or is it a matter of the progress achieved at the machines? Is it a matter of "I just feel ready"?
