Hey Shea I’d like to ask you something. I play soccer and even though we are in quarantine I have a field available where I train alone whenever I have the opportunity. I try to train there 4-5 days a week.
I have some bands and a ladder and plenty of space and stuff to make a good bodyweight workout. I also work of course my technique which is a completely different thing.
So my question is do I have to do this workout alone or can I incorporate it in a longer session? Also can I use this 2-3 days/week doing the same workout for vertical jump or is it too much?
