Thanks day 2 for me, my step count increased by 1400 . My balance isn’t great so sometimes have to hold on so don’t swing my arms so much x

She always wears nice and decent dress so I can do excercise with my son love from India.

My favourite youtuber! I love to work out. Unfortunately due to health reasons i sometimes can't move much for months. When i have to start all over again i love to use Lucy's videos. I know they are fun to do, they use the whole body, often she gives you a harder or an easier option for the exercise, i can do it whenever i want from my home and no annoying music. All that she says during the exercises really motivates me. Excellent trainer!
