Nothing burns fat as good as walking…and it's not torture like running and weight lifting ..and you are more likely to stick to it because it's pleasant…do a brisk three mile walk five days a week and you will torch fat

I’m 5 ft 1 140 lbs… I’ve actually GAINED weight by not eating enough. My gym friend is a nutritionist and told me that I actually need to reverse diet before I can go into a calorie deficit as some days I’m only eating 800-900 cal a day..

Can you break your 30 minute walks into 2 15 mins walks a day and get the same benefits? Or do you have to do 30 minutes at once?

You WILL lose weight and I can confirm that since I lost over 30 kgs in a short period of time. Walking is the best exercise for weight loss, better mental health, anti-aging (combined with sunscreen), better self-esteem, good sleep, lower blood pressure/cholesterol/insulin, boosts fertility, firmer body, less eating (good for those who binge eat like me) and much more. I promise you all of that will show if you walk 1-2 hours a day 5-6 days. Just make sure you have a good pair of shoes.🙂

I'm a bit confused when people say you have to burn more than you eat to lose weight. So if I eat 1200 calories, I have to burn more than that every day? I'd have to walk for miles and miles to burn that much. Am I missing something here?
