Well this video couldnāt have come at a better time, so thank you! Iāve been in a real slump after gaining 30lbs over the last 2 years. Iāve lost weight before, Iāve been down this road but the guilt of gaining that weight back has just left me frazzled. I feel like nothing Iāve done before is working. Iām going to try to focus on my protein and increase my strength days to start. Food is and always will be a hard one for me. Focusing on making good choices one meal at a time right now.
Iām two months postpartum with my second baby in two years. Yes. I have two under two! I didnāt have a chance to loose the first baby weight. I donāt feel good in the skin Iām in. I donāt know how to dress the body I have. I eat Whole Foods and gluten free but have been trying to loose the baby weight. Thank you for the encouraging video.
