Breakfast:
Overnight Oats
-1/2 cup oats
-greek yogurt
-maple syrup
-protein powder
-chia seeds
Protein pancakes
-1/4 cup oats
-protein powder
-1 egg
-2 egg whites
-1/2 banana
-cinnamon
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-peanut butter, fruit and maple syrup to top
French toast
-1 egg
-1 egg white
-splash of almond milk
-cinnamon
-sourdough
-top with fresh berries and maple syrup
Oatmeal
-1/2 cup oats
-1/2 cup water
-protein powder
-top with peanut butter, chia seeds, fruit and honey
Mango berry shake
-frozen mango
-frozen berries
-almond milk
-pb protein powder (pescience)
-chia seeds
-hemp seeds
-ice
Lunch:
Omelette on toast
-2 eggs
-1 egg white
-cook tomato and spinach on stove with olive oil spray
-add tomato spinach mix to eggs
-top with feta, salt and pepp, and red pepper flakes
-bake at 425 for 20 mins
-add to 2 pieces sourdough
Chicken n greens
-chicken
-sweet potatoes
-broccoli with lemon
(sweet potato recipe)
2 sweet potatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt (kosher salt; use less if using table salt)
freshly cracked pepper
ground chili powder*
paprika
ground cumin
garlic powder
– cook at 425F for 35 mins
Dinner:
Burrito Lettuce cups
-chicken breast (raw)
-olive oil
-tomatoes
-lettuce leaves
-high protein yoghurt
-medium tomato
-red onion chopped finely
-avocado
-taco seasoning
Tofu salad
-kale
-quinao
-tofu with umami and nutritional yeast
-red pepper
-red onion
-chickpeas
(chickpea recipe)
Canned Chickpeas
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Onion Power
Cumin
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Salt
– heat up airfryer at 200C / 390F for 5 minutes
– air fry for 10 minutes, shaking half way through. be careful not to leave them in there too long or they will burn!
Burrito bowl
-ground turkey
-taco seasoning
-brown rice
-black beans
-red pepper
-grape tomatoes
– cilantro leaves
-lime
-nonfat plain yogurt
Sweet Potato Chickpea Buddha Bowl (will change your life)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium red onion (sliced in wedges)
2 small sweet potatoes (halved)
1 bundle broccoli (large stems removed // chopped)
2 big handfuls kale (larger stems removed)
1/4 tsp each salt + pepper
airfryer chickpeas (recipe above)
TAHINI SAUCE (OPTIONAL)
1/4 cup tahini
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 medium lemon (juiced)
2-4 Tbsp hot water (to thin)
Preheat oven to 425F (204 C)
Add sweet potatoes (with their seasoning, labeled above) and onions on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 15 mins
Add broccoli to baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 mins
Add Kale to baking sheet with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 7-10 mins
While veggies are cooking, air fry the chickpeas
Take it all out once Kale is done, and add to bowl with the drizzle of Tahini sauce. and ENJOY
