Mike, this is an excellent video!
I liked this video, great for beginners. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos. Thanks Mike

Very good video 👍👍🇵🇰🇵🇰
I have low iron and find it hard keeping up with workouts without feeling very light headed. Although I am younger, these videos give me a great sense in what I implement into my routine to maintain strength without needing to stop to sit and compose myself. Thank you so much!! 🙂
Thanks for the video, Mike. I have a question. When I do the sit-to-stand exercise, my knees hurt when I'm coming up. Is there something else I can do, or can I modify this exercise somehow?
Thank you so much mike am doing itright now God bless you more
Just what I was looking for! I will continue to do these exercises, thank you
Very accesible to my folks (70+) who I'm creating a workout plan for. Thanks!
Thank you 🙏
Mike is fantastic. Have been struggling trying to find workouts that I could do. I have both Diabetes and Rheumatoid Arthritis so finding something to suit both is a nightmare. Just found Mike today. Wish I had found his workouts a long time ago. Thanks Mike first exercise workout I have been able to complete and feel great for it.
I don't like this… I LOVE IT! Thanks so much!
Thats great thank you
No sound?
Curious. Do you have to be careful with knee for the first exercise?
Thank you
Just what I was looking for – thanks!
Feels so good afterwards. Thx!!!
Thanks always, Mike. ‘Luv many of your videos.
Why not explain the muscles that are being worked and the benefit
I'm only here for the set dressing. Sumptuous stuff! I could look at this for hours.
