Regarding the resistance bands, it starts on lighter colours and the more resistance they get, the darker the colour.

Thanks for sharing this! Generally, personal trainers are not allowed to give specific dietary advice unless they are also trained in nutrition. That being said, it sounds like what you are doing is sort of a rough version of carb cycling, which makes a lot of sense, as it is quite an intuitive way of eating to pair with your workouts. Like you said, on days when you need more energy, your body will require and therefore crave more carbs, and it's always smart to listen to what works for your body. Great work with staying so motivated in lockdown!

I started working out three times a week about two weeks ago maybe three? I have a scar just under my belly button and due to the surgery when I was a baby my right side of my lower abdomen is lop sided which I hate and I know I can't do anything about but I'm glad to be doing at home workouts and my once a day walk! This video was really interesting for me to watch 😅

I feel like for cardio a really great thing is to do dance workouts and zumba and stuff like that. Also I feel like that's so much more fun. I search for crdio routines on youtube and it's great with like really fun music.

I've been using resistance bands for 3 months now, my only issue is that they sometimes move up while working out which is really annoying, does that happen to anyone else or are mine bad quality?

Suzie, how did you get your skin to stop breaking out? Like I know, you've done skincare videos on what helps you take care of post-acne skin but no matter what I use, my skin will continue to have new pimples and breakouts – so wanted to know what helped in terms of clearing up your skin and not getting new fresh breakouts.
