Im gonna do this exercise starting tomorrow morning because i have to prepare for our dance performance and im conscious about my big belly plus we will gonna wear a fitting costume so i hope this would work๐ค๐ธ
iโve been doing this work out on and off since lockdown and honestly itโs my fave! iโve been doing it a few times a week consistently for the last couple of months and i can see a massive difference. my waist is a lot smaller and iโm defo getting very toned! i really love this workout! thankyou x

Hey everyone if u are trying to find out if this workout actually work IT DOESSSSSS it literally will give ur result in 1-2weeks it burns ya but it's worth it I got my dream body that stomach I wanted all because of this workout!!

@hollydolke I really struggle with the 1st exercise in the second set (driving the leg into chest) I canโt seem to balance like that and my body automatically leans backwards when bringing my leg in ๐คฃ any tips? Been doing this for over a week now and absolutely love the video but just canโt seem to get the hang of that exercise!
ok so, your telling me, i will be beautiful and wont look fat anymore if i do these for 7 days? according to the comments its pretty hard, ill edit my days and tell u guys what happened : ( also i use a punching bag everyday, so im getting extra exercise.
day 1 : AHH IT BURNS i had to many breaks but i somehow got through this.( mountain climbers was the easiest because we do those at school for 5 years every day so i was happy when we did mountain climbers)

Hey Guys! Iโm going to do this workout for 1 week maybe more then give the results, along with this I will be doing volleyball and Emi Wongs leg Workout (btw I am going to start tomorrow cuz itโs late today lol)
Day 1:โ (over all it was challenging but it was a great workout I didnโt do any extra than this I just did the workout)๐
Day 2:โI had a lot of work
Day 3:โ I did a growwithjo dance workout๐๐and a Pilates workout
Day 4:โ I did about half of a Pilates workout from Pamela Reif
Day 5:โ It was still a bit hard doing this workout but itโs getting better
going to do this for the next 7 days and more if i see improvement. Note: I exersise for over 2 hours a day
Day 1 – This workout was tough. I had to take 5 second breaks within each set before contuning on, and was tough to complete
Day 2 – Even after 1 day, it felt much easier to do, and i was able to continuously go through each set without stopping. I felt i had more control within my core as well
Day 3 – Definitely the hardest day due to struggling with DOMS due to the lack of core workout, but still felt great and managed to complete it without extra rests, and contuinung through the reps
Day 4 – Felt like it went much faster – and finding the exersises much easier to complete. Also seeing noticable change (i.e enhanced definition to my abs)
Day 5 – Its getting loads easier to complete in terms of the abs – feel great afterwoods, however i am struggling with the leg endurance when implementing the leg drive crunches especially. Looking forward to tomorrow ๐
Day 6 – The first few exersises seem to be more challenging than the last few, however finding it so much easier to complete!
Day 7 – YES! complted this workout for an entire week, and felt great – going to go for a second week as this felt like a really beneficial ab workout. Thanks for following this past week. <3
