I think that u gotta put some rest between each exercise
Had trouble finding a way to do that side plank cross crunch while in modified side plank. Still having trouble getting up on my feet to do it. The others were pretty good though thanks!

The easiest exercise is the heel touches
Every time I try to do the side plank crunch I collapse after 10 seconds

doing those side planks without shoes can be easily done if you cross your feet and sustain the side feet on the opposite feet, the exercises with the opposite feet to the side arm, well its hard af.
funny this isn't that hard, but the other one with Willi Whey it gets me after 5 minutes, I start bending my lower back and I get frustrated so I get my chin in the chest to push it but then my neck gets sore because I engage every muscle to hold the abs, wouldn't be surprised if I get a Frankenstein neck if I keep doing that workout.
During the workout my body feels so heavy and my elbows ooh god they are dead inside.. Didn't supported me yet with breaks i did this workout…. Hope i get habit of it❤️all the Best guys with time u can defiantly achieve your goals👍😇
