If anyone else is struggling on the hellish donkey kick sessions, it helps if you stop at the 3 second countdown and do a quick child's pose.
OK my butt does not do booty lifts. Everything else is doable

Posted 2 years ago but still serves a purpose today 😊 had knee surgery 4 months ago, been looking for light workouts to get moving, I refuse to gain the weight I worked so hard to lose back. Thank you for this, light on the knees-with some slight moderation- but still burns 🤭

as someone with very painfull knees i gotta say that starting a knee friendly workout with an exercise that requires you to stand on one leg ( meaning all your weight is on one knee ) isnt really thr best decision
not trying to be mean but just wanted to point this out as it was a rather painful exercise

How does being on your knees for some of these make it knee friendly? Also, I think my hips rotate out or something bc some of these I feel more in my legs or other areas and not my butt
