Found your channel last night. Started tonight and I'm hoping I can get back to the way I looked pre-pandemic! Before I weighed 112ish now I've let myself get to 130 and I'm so upset with myself!! It's all belly and thighs. Praying your workouts work!

I’m so excited to add this workout to my current one ! After 4 kids my love handles made themselves comfortable on my body been trying to get rid of them for a while !
When I saw this I thought that looks easy but here I am begging my heart to stop pounding so fast. Struggling to make it through without a pause. Awesome workout.
Just an update for everyone, I started doing this 2 weeks ago and I've lost atleast 2 inches off my waist, with a visibly flatter belly than before! (no diet whatsoever)
Keep going guys, it's a really effective workout.

Omg I absolutely loved everything about this workout, it was quite but effective, short so I could do before bed only now my hearts racing 😆, music and setting, and the moves themselves were perfect 🥰 Definitely doing this daily with my other routines thank you 😊 for ❤️

I feel like this is more cardio and targeting legs. And also, don’t appreciate the “before & after” photo that isn’t really before and after…you’re just poking your belly out in one and flexing in the other🤷🏻♀️

Been doing this workout regularly and I'm seeing results!!! I always add this workout at the end of any other workouts I'm doing and it's been a game-changer!! Try it for at least 14 days!
Will attempt to do this workout for the next 14 days. Today will be my first day. Please keep me accountable by replying and encouraging me guys 😅😭😭. I tend to fail at creating habits or sticking with things. Will try editing this daily unless I forget completely.
