Ok, guys! I see you all are experienced, So I would ask you all to help out a beginner! with some questions!
I have been doing this workout for like 4 days now! And I am not kidding I got fit in a skirt I could not fit in for like MONTHS! I know this workout is good, But I also need some tips on something…
1) How many time do I actually have to do this in a day? (I have 4 workouts in a playlist and I follow them, I do it ONCE a day)
2) Any specific diet? ike something to help see results early… (But not so hectic! As I cannot do FULL ON DIETS, GOOD)
3) I am also having issues doing the Front kick (9th), Like I cannot do it properly… and start skaing ! Is that going to effect my workout?
well, If anyone knows ANY of these answers please help me out, I am actually serious about losing weight, As I done being body shamed by my parents being a thyroid patient!

Dripping in sweat and was tired…😩
i think i felt more the sweat in this workout than the burn, but maybe that's because i did another workout before as my warmup
my arms after the first few workouts : we dead
my legs at the end: we dead too
my abs: we can keep going!

Remember, you aren't going to see huge results overnight, be patient, cut out unhealthy snacks, sweets, and sugary colored beverages. My 12 year old daughter has done tons of interactive weight loss exercise videos today, and has small results, today. In about 2 weeks, I bet she's gonna get a ton of compliments on her body!
