Question – fractured T5,6,7 in a horse accident a little over a year ago. In a good place with it after slowly but surely getting back in shape. Docs have said to avoid squats that have weight pressing down on shoulders. Suggestions? I do the recumbent squat machine at the gym, but other than that…..?
