I love your workouts! You make it so simple and with a short amount of time. Thank you! I pick one every other day and I've been able to keep my upper body looking fit and strong. I cyclist and I teach yoga so a perfect addition without going overboard.
With the right weights, these are a lot harder than it looks.

Whew, those last dips at the end. Had to take a few breaks during those. I had never attempted dips with my legs raised before. Definitely a challenge. I’m going to work my way up to those so I will nail it next time 😀
