I think the fact that we worked for 1-2 minutes at a time made this more of an intermediate cardio workout. I work out regularly and felt winded at times. It's a great workout!

Everything about this was PERRRFECT; the routine, the vocal motivation, the background music, the lighting and setting, your demonstrations… Until I started following along, wasn’t fun because I’m so out of shape. Thank you for the video, though! Gonna be coming back to this one for a while. ❤️
I just took a week off of working out, and this was the perfect way to get back into it. I'm sweating and I can feel my heartbeat in my forehead but I feel strong and proud of myself!
