I’m 12 years old weighing approximately 220 ibs. I’m feeing unhappy with my body. I’m gonna do this 2 times a day until i can reach my goal of 140 ibs. Thank you for this simple workout 🥰
I'm curious if this one burns more fat than the other beginner work out? Also roughly how many calories are burnt in both of these workouts? I saw a calorie counter for the 7 day belly fat challenge (I'll be switching to that one once I can get past the beginner stage!)

I’m not Obese or overweight, but I have fat pockets. I really hate the way my body looks… Would this be a good workout for me? I was also thinking about cutting calories to 1000 a day and going on a 30 minute walk everyday while doing this. Would that give results? How long would it take?

I'm overweight but not obese though I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis, a slower pace workout might work for me and this is a good one….. I've even completed this in my pj's!
