Hi. I love your lessons/videos. I am 70, had open heart surgery about 6 years ago (sucessfully, thank God). And had Covids about two months ago (but luckyly I had 4 vaccine shots and I am OK). Thanks Lauren – this was quite challenging but thankfully it was not too long so I could finish. I guess I need to do more of your pilates to get those abs stronger. Really appreciate your variety and different length of time so we can always fit in a workout. Happy New Year.

Question: what kind of exercises (videos) do you recommend for improving arabesque? I know your Barre and maybe your kickboxing videos?
Perfect for today !!! I skated hard and my legs were tired and made up my mind that on skate days I am going to be doing upper body strength training and abs. So this fit the need and I am going to do your stretch next. Funny so many of these exercises like the scissors laying down and the one ab exercises with arms in straight in front then "row" back… I was hearing all kinds of body parts creaking and even my ears loosening up wax or something in there….(crazy how our body parts are affected by other body parts moving ) .. HAHAHA LOVE IT !!!
I really like the variations you provide of different ways to do ab, workouts, and push-ups. Having had a few decades of dance training with choreography, repetitive same routines really bore me.

I wasnβt sure if I was going to be able to do this one, but I did! Push-ups are hard for me so I just did the best I could on those and I was able to use my 5 lb weights for the entire time! Thank you for helping me get stronger and fitter! πβ€
Hi Lauren I did this as an ad on to the yoga practice I did today. I took out 1lb 3lb and 5 lb dumbells and was pleasantly surprised that I used all 5 lbs. I loved the music and loved being on the mat the entire time and would love a 30 minute practice like this.

Wow! Another great workout! You always cease to amaze me with all of the great workouts that you put out. One can never get bored of doing the same routines and you really put a spin on the exercises that we `love to hate` to do such as abs but I find combining them with arms in a short routine makes it so doable. Love these little segments as I can do just one if that is what time allows or combine a few for a longer workout. So love your channel and recommend it to anyone who asks what I do to get and keep in shape.
Glad you had a nice Christmas Lauren I found an all Pilates channel. I am thinking of doing Pilates Monday-Saturday this seems like it would be a good add on or maybe on Sunday by itself as an active recovery day.
