I love your workouts so much, but burpees hurt my back discs. I try to do your standing only, but often there are burpees.

Well I was almost seeing stars by the end of this haha.
I didn't have enough strength to do a 30 min workout today because of my period, but instead I did this and I'm not regretting at all 👀💀 hahahahaha woah that was intense d so powerful!! That was unexpected but honestly was the best decision 🤌🏼🔥
