I lost 30 lbs in 2022 on keto. Took a break over the holidays and ready to get back at it! I was so surprised at how great I felt! No afternoon sleepiness and I was sleeping so much better. I look forward to feeling that great again after my holiday sugar fest. Starting weight 160.
I eat a low carb lifestyle typically nowadays, before I learned about this way of eating, I was at a heaviest at 255, a week away from having my daughter, but still crazy overweight.
Thankfully, a started to make a change a few months later, and a whole year and a half after eating low carb and having the knowledge I do now, I stopped and maintained at 155.
I'm 178 now, from 155 but im about to have my next child this April, and so excited to get back into intermittent fasting and low carb! π maybe will try keto. But cutting out the breads and sugars and watching oversized portions make such a huge difference!!
Do I need to count calories on keto ?
I didnt do this challenge specifically but went on keto + IF. Lost 7kg, mostly fat, some water, no muscle because I haven't lost any strength. Highly recommend you combine this with intermittent fasting and if you can, cut it down to 2 meals a day

This is more or less the diet I've always used when I would cut weight. I'm down 40 right now.
just starting.. tried a plan, but got real confused with fat intake.. this will be better.. no gallbladder going to get keto bhb ..and propel water coming in.. Thank u.

I love eating my 4 egg everyday with avocado π₯.after my fast.i fast everyday.i just did my 18 hr fast today. Then went walking while walking while fasting.
I tried this keto a couple of years ago.I struggled.and Iβm on thyroid meds. Iβm pretty skinny just want to get lean.stay healthy. I need help!

I lost 15 lb 30 days off of vegetarian diet but then my weight stock losing then I want on the keto and lost 15 lb of fat I'm down to 170 started out at 200 I feel so great

Question. You say "no albacore." You also suggest a can of tuna as an option sometimes. Most tuna is albacore. Do I need to seek out specialty canned tuna like yellowfin?
Bonus question. I don't eat pork. Can I sub the sausage link and bacon for turkey or chicken alternatives?
