Thank you for this amazing workout.
As a beginner after a long while of not working out I just completed day one. Though I will say I do not feel like the warm up stretches were near enough. Next time I think I will pause to get a proper stretch before continuing and hurting myself as I did today.

On Day 6 today, but I'm wondering why you mention that we do 60 minutes of work at the end of each workout when it's only 30 minutes. Is there instruction about doing this twice a day somewhere? And thank you!
