I'm just starting to work out and exercise again after not doing it much over 2022. This workout was challenging but doable and the encouragement was great
FYI: 45 degree angle& holds.. create HUGE lower back pain. Can you modify positions for those of us who have disc degeneration?

The weather is wet and windy on this day after Christmas, so I searched for a cardio workout. This one popped up in my hasfit search. It's just right to take the place of my 3-mile power walk. A great alternative to my walk on stormy/wet days.
