I started these work outs 3 weeks ago and they're great! I feel stronger. But crazy enough, I've gained like 4lbs. Anyone have any thoughts? I had a baby a year ago and am trying to lose the last 10lbs to get back to pre baby weight. I don't think im eating more, in fact ive cut out my snacking at work.
