Love, love, love boxing & weights with Sydney! Wish it was a longer workout though.
You know, for the first time I crushed that 2 min shoulder press round with my 4 kg weights with zero rest in between, it was tough and I was so surprised and happy at the same time 😊 and in the chest press round I added one min overhead tricep which made my triceps almost numb for 2-3sec 😊 BTW I really like the boxing rounds I feel like an professional boxer and that main actress, the one you see in action scenes, it's my imagination 😊
Wow did this right before taking a midterm to get my GEs for the physical therapy doctorate program plus CPT training, this is so useful information and loving this program thank you Sydney! 😤😌 we did it, let out all the stress go and crushed it!!
Doing that with my 3 kids running circles around me was not easy but I crushed it! Didn't get much sleep last night but I'm so glad I got it in even though it was later than I normally do it in the day. Feeling confident and strong 💪💦

After a quad heavy week, this was a nice change of pace! The strength components were tough, but I did it! I think it's my favourite boxing workout from Sydney.
