Hello. How many times a week should I do these? And when Im doing this should I do all of these exercises like in video or just some of them? I dont have this thing from second exercise but all others I can do. Thanks for this seems usefull.
I'm glad to see so many positive results from these and can't wait to try them. I had a complete tear of my ATFL and a partial tear of I believe it said….deltoid? It's been exactly two months to the day. I can pretty much walk normally now but still have some minor pain here and there.

It's been more than a year since I had my ankle injury and even now it troubles me when I try sprinting( I am into sprinting). Can I gain my ankle strength again through these exercises as it has been more than a year since I was injured.
Or should I switch from sprinting to something else.
Is it okay for my ankle to make cracking sounds? Because whenever I put some weight onto it it starts feeling like jelly

I have a sprained ankle and it swole up bad but I can walk on it with no pain I just canβt jump or run. I went to urgent care and they put me in a boot. How do you think I should go about recovery. Should I get an mri? I just got a x ray.
Itβs been one going on two weeks and they said to give it four. Should I wait until after the fourth or get on top of it?

I cannot stand on both feet ( without leaning towards my stronger side ) and i cant walk as well,since my injured leg cant bear my bodyweight

Got a midfoot sprain. We only got an x-ray done not an mri. And after one month, the pain was still there so they told to go for physiotherapy where they gave me laser, ift and ultrasonic treatment for about 10 non-continuous days and the pain still comes sometimes. I'm scared to start exercising but i think that might help seeing the other comments?
The only info i find about is about ankle sprain and not midfoot but my foot did twist like u showed
