Ok so far I had 2 exercises for glutes (sumo deadlifts, hip thrusts, squats with weight between the legs and normal squats) ofc everything divided to 2 exercises monday-wednseday-friday, but after seeing your booty I decided to add split squats to wednesday and monday, and single dead lift to friday. Muscles gonna burn as hell but I want that booty 😭
Hi! I'm an absolute beginner and 15 years old. No idea what I'm doing. I tried to replicate the first movement with dumbbells at the gym and my legs hurt which I think is good but also my lower back? Like right on top of my glutes. Is that normal?
How many reps/sets should i do as a beginner for each exercise?
I've never once heard anyone mention that leaning forward on the single leg squats would work the glutes more versus the quads. I always thought if I didn't feel it in my glutes I wasn't working hard enough 😭 You always pack so much valuable information into all your videos.
