This isn't a proper update but anyway I'll leave my results after using this since end of April, which means after 3 months.
I started doing this exercise when I weighted nearly 82kg. I'm 170cm and was chubby actually. Then I started doing this daily with some food control. But nothing like a diet plan. I just reduced my intakes and but always had 3 meals per day. That wasn't very rough or exhausted because I ate what I like but made sure to follow this everyday. By " I ate what I like" I meant that though I ate my favourites, it was a small amount.
And now after three months my body is much more relaxed and I've reduced nearly 5-7 kg permanently. Idk why but my change is so visible too. Istg I just followed this 12min video everyday and that's it! And still I keep doing this and eat whatever I like but a small amount and have 3 meals a day!!
I guess I'll lose more after doing this..
If someone is looking to have a healthy weight and can't go on strict diets and exercise ig this is the best GOOD LUCK FOR ANYONE WHO FOUND THIS MOTIVATIONAL AND USEFUL <3
