I'm getting ready to cook, but is there a special recipe you use for the lemon vinaigrette for the Quinoa & Kale Salad or do we use any recipe. I'm assuming we can cook the garbanzo beans any way we want. This all looks fabulous. Thank you so much for putting it together. I did go through and add the amounts of all ingredients to the directions just to make it easier so I didn't have to go back and forth. This is the most excited I've been to get started as you have given so many helpful videos that pull everything together so it all makes doable sense.
I have suffered with tiredness most of my adult life and this had made such a difference. I feel more alive. Nearly at the end of the week and I must say, the overnight oats are AMAZING. Love it!

Hi I eat once a day I don’t eat snacks or anything just drink water until dinner time I eat sometimes and the morning I just make smoothie. As I do some exercise too but not for very long just 15 to 30 minutes and I am still having hard time getting rid of the belly fat well I feel very floated and is very uncomfortable 😣. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the floated stomach. In by the way I don’t eat because I just don’t feel hungry this why I just eat dinner time only no I am not starving myself I just grow up eating once a day, so I am use to.
Is there a substitute for peanut butter you can suggest?
I have a question, because I have always thought that you should't eat prep food that have been in your freezer more than 3-4 days… I am not sure if this is wrong or right, or it might depend on the food we are talking about. My question is, do you feel a change in the taste og the food the of the last days? Or does it still taste fresh…?

You really put in alot of work to make this easy for us. Good idea to spend an hour or two cooking. We waste more than that on the internet.
I’m sorry but how does chicken and salmon last a week in the fridge? Are these freezable? The thought of eating salmon a week after cooking it freaks me out
