Warning if you do this exercise everyday for 2 weeks you will get abs. no joke. I had to stop because this workout worked too well for me. I didn't really want super defined abs. So next time i think i might just do this workout every other day.

Hi, I do not need to lose weight but I do need to lose and firm my abs especially the area above my waist. I have been doing different standing ab workouts everyday for 1 month but they are not working. I cannot do these as they hurt my neck. Do you have any floor exercises to tone the area around my waist that don’ t require lifting the neck?

Lucy thanks for ur best excervises. Simple n quite helpful. Am at 47 age. I hv lot of stiffness in my body but I try my best to do ur excercises. My question is I find it difficult to wear shoes at home n do exercise becoz it slips. So i do without it. Is it ok. Or it will give pain in my spine. Plz guide

Just came to say that this works.
I've been doing ab workouts for 2 months and haven't seen a single bit of a change and then I acidentlly stumbled upon Lucys channel, and I've been doing thing workout for a week and one of the 7 minutes workouts for 2 weeks (with rest days) and my abs changed completely, my waist is smaller and I have those side lines
I've tried 2 of your 7 minutes 7 days challenges. And they worked on me❤. Now I'm goanna try this. I hope it'll be difficult to do this to me. But I'll try. Love from Bangladesh❤

But it's difficult more than I thought. So I'm doing this once every weekend and other 6 days I'll follow your other workouts😁😁😁
everyone: don’t do this everyday. when you work a muscle group, those muscles tear. they slowly build back up with even more muscle tissue. if you do it everyday, they keep tearing, without having time to build up, and you get nowhere. i suggest waiting 1-2 days unless you are still sore by then 👍🏻
