I adjusted the video settings to half speed and really enjoyed the workout. So many of these videos, especially for any age group go so fast it makes it feel like injury is inevitable. Slowing it down also allows me to get the form with precision and really feel the burn of each move while not going so fast that anything snaps

Woke up 6am today. Nothing to do, im supposed to be asleep until 8am, but husband left early 5am , for his fishing hobby.

2nd time and lovin the video work out thank u, i am newly 48 and this is just enough for me, esp that im in the beginning of gettin stronger. 10mins is an easy vid, just enough time to be an easy-commit to everyday or every other, and challengin enough im not too out of breath with my asthma and im still pushed cuz its only day2 thx
