Opening you hands on pulleys can be a key difference to move the tension from your triceps to your back, especially if your triceps are much weaker

I find my shoulders aching when doing dumbell pullovers before i feel it in my lats, am i doing it wrong? Its not even in my triceps like most people.

Meadows row is an overly complicated variation of the dumbbell row.
I would never trust someone with that kind of haircut, and bigger is not the same as stronger I really hope you're are not one of those trainers that take 6 months clase online cause by the way you present this material I would guess you are one of many of them.. not helpful video..

never heard so much bs in a video, you are decades behind science, the only exercise that actually bias the lats, and there are still so many alternatives that are much more stable and optimal such as the single arm kneeling lat pulldown, but were you take a step back and doesn't have a vertical pulling line. also the lats are activated the most in a neutral or underhand grip. basically every exercise bias the traps, except for the deadlift, which is a leg exercise. Can you please stop giving people such poor advises, it makes me so sad that you now have 60.223 people who think those are actually for the lats. Kind regards – A sad man:(
You don’t have to do one arm cable pull downs, or single arm barbell rows. These are exercises you see novice lifters use, stick to the basics, you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Maybe if you are a professional bodybuilder looking to isolate but this is just bad advice for many
How the deadlifts are hitting the lats as a primary muscles and not the glutes???
Squizin' abs? for dead rows? arya fkin' kidin'??? You most do the Valsalva movement, that means inflate your belly with air and push outside. !!! Also your style in barbell rows is substandard, rounding the back??!!!
