When it hit the arm circles I felt a strain in my upper neck just below my head. Is that normal?

Hi only the last exercise it is 30 secondsvthe rest of them are 60 is there any reason ?
You can't outtrain a bad diet… I learned that the hard way training so hard and having poor results. Then I started following the Agoge diet, and I finally started seeing some great result
I'm a breastfeeding mom. Doing this exercise regularly along with few easy neck stretches, my aches and pains on my upper body are gone. It has strengthened my upper mody muscles too. Thank you for this excellent routine
thank you! have SI joint & pelvic tilt issues so Ive got to not put any weight on things & this is 1st non-weight upper body workout Ive found that you can feel burn!

I can't even lift my phone while laying down anymore after this workout lol
I can't go through the rhomboid pulls for the entire minute. The day I will finish it for the entire minute without putting my arms down would be a very big achievement for myself.

Is it useful for gaining upper body weight?
I was not as sore as I though I would be π€π€I mean… What do u mean by 'contracting your muscles'… I was doing everything just as i told to in my arms area… But I don't feel sore anywhere else.

I been doing this about three times a week, and I noticed my arms are getting more toned.
This workout redusce the brest size
Me a boy and my boobs were small enough to do exercise, I way over 2x my normal soze for my age π
Iβve been working out a few years now on and off, and I must say- I keep coming back to this workout
I find it the most effective workout for toned arms, itβs only 10 min long but yet still very effective!
