I just started to play volleyball like 3 and a half days ago and I have volleyball tryouts in a day and a half! And I suck! But me and my cousin are both incredibly new to volleyball since we started on the same day, and we want to be on the girls volleyball team in middle school this year! She's in 6th and I'm in 8th grade!
I have tryouts next month and I'm going to be conditioning this month at my highschool! I'm nervous but this helps!!

they have weight lifting for the summer and if you don't do lifting you have to do conditioning after vb every night for tryouts
