I'm in perimenopause, and your cardio workouts (along with resistance training twice a week) are really making a difference. I've tried other home cardio videos on YouTube, but yours are much more effective. I feel like I get a great workout without having to spend an hour doing it.

Dear Lucy, I'm on 'Day 4 of your Women's 21 Day Weight Loss Course', (I bought it on Sunday and started it on Monday 7th Dec, 2020), and I've got to say, I'm loving it! I did this 15 minutes full body sculpting/toning routine this morning, and for anyone reading this comment, all I can is that this is a great limbering up/warm-up routine to kick start your day ….' it says what it is on the tin', so to speak, and so the session does cover your full body muscle groups in a lover impact capacity …brilliant Lucy and thank you … Elaine, Chester, Chester UK x
